Create peace in your body, and softness in your mind.
Your body was never meant to stay in survival mode.
For pregnant women and mothers who feel constantly overwhelmed, overstimulated, exhausted, or emotionally “on”. Through gentle breathwork and nervous system support, these sessions help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm, safety, and space within yourself.

Many mothers move through life carrying more tension than they even realise.
You may notice yourself constantly thinking, plannig, holding everything together while your body never fully relaxes.
Maybe you feel:
✓ Easily overstimulated or emotionally triggered
✓ Guilty after reacting in ways you didn’t want to
✓ Tense, resltess, or unably to fully switch off
✓ Exhausted, yet still feeling like you always need to “do” something
✓ Disconnected from yourself and your body
When your nervous system stays in a constant state of alertness, rest can start to feel difficult—even in quiet moments.
Breathwork offers a gentle way back to your body, by creating space for your nervous system to soften, regulate, and feel safe again.
Why breathwork?
The way we breathe often reflects the way we move through life.
During stress, overwhelm, pregnancy, postpartum, or intense phases of motherhood, the breath can become shallow, tight, or held without even noticing.
By consciously working with the breath in a safe and supported way, the body can begin to release stored tension and shift out of survival mode.
This work is not about performing or controlling your breath perfectly. It is about slowing down, listening inward, and creating safety within your body again.
Through breathwork, you may experience:
✓ A calmer and more regulated nervous system
✓ More softness and space in your body
✓ Greater emotional balance
✓ More grounded and calm responses to stress
✓ Moments of true rest and presence
Breathwork for pregnancy & motherhood
Pregnancy and early motherhood is beautiful, but can also be deeply overwhelming. Your body is constantly adapting. Your nervous system becomes more sensitive, and many women continue carrying stress while trying to stay present for everyone around them.
You may look calm on the outside, while internally feeling overstimulated, emotional, exhausted, or constantly alert.
These sessions offer a space where you do not have to hold everything together. A space to feel supported and come back to yourself.
Gentle breathwork during pregnancy and motherhood can support you in:
✓ Releasing physical and emotional tension ✓ Feeling more grounded and connected to your body & baby
✓ Regulating overwhelm and emotional intensity
✓ Building trust in yourself and your body
✓ Creating moments of calm and rest during intense phases of life
You do not need to wait until complete exhaustion to receive support.

What others are saying

Saskia’s calm energy, her words, touch and her guidance were really just everything I needed to integrate my transition into motherhood deeper into my body. I’d wish such a session for every parent / everyone. I deeply felt replenished, rebalanced and relaxed afterward, and grateful to experience such relaxation again.
Flora
Had a fantastic session with multiple mothers together which felt super powerful. Guided by Saskia who immediately created an open and relaxed atmosphere. Despite being pregnant and not being able to fully participate in the circular breathing session, I still had a wonderful experience.
Jeanine
From the very beginning, the atmosphere felt safe and warm, which allowed me to fully surrender to the session. I was positively surprised by how powerful breathwork can be and how it can release deeper emotions and blockages. The guidance was gentle and safe, giving me exactly the space I needed.
Hannah

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience with breathwork?
No. The session is fully guided and adapted to you. You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to slow down, be present with your body, and let go of any expectations.
What happens during a session?
We begin with a short check-in to understand how you’re feeling and what you need. From that safety, you’ll be gently guided through a breathwork practice, always at your own pace. There is space to pause, adjust, or rest whenever needed. We close the session with time to integrate and reflect.
Contraindications: is breathwork suitable for everyone?
Breathwork is a powerful tool, and certain conditions require extra care or adjustments. Please reach out if any of the following apply to you:
✓ Pregnancy
✓ Severe anxiety, panic disorders, or PTSD
✓ Epilepsy
✓ Cardiovascular conditions (such as high blood pressure or heart disease)
✓ Recent surgery or physical injury
✓ Use of heavy medication affecting the nervous system
This does not necessarily mean you cannot participate. It simply means we may need to adjust the approach to ensure safety and support. I’ll also advice to contact your doctor first.
What if I feel emotional during the session?
This is completely welcome. Breathwork can bring you in deeper contact with your emotions. Everything that arises is approached with care and without pressure. You are always in control of your pace. Feeling safe is number one priority.
Is breathwork safe during pregnancy?
Yes, when practiced gently and with awareness. Sessions are always adapted to your stage of pregnancy, with a focus on calm, supportive breathing rather than intense techniques. No breath retentions will be applied.
How do I prepare for a sessions?
You don’t need to prepare much. It can help to wear comfortable clothing and make sure you won’t be disturbed. Most importantly come as you are. It is welcome to not have many plans afterwards, since you want time to integrate.
