You feel overwhelmed, tense, or constantly “on” and no matter what you try, your body doesn’t fully relax. In this 1:1 session, we work directly with your nervous system so you can release stored tension and experience a deeper sense of calm.
This session is for you if you:
- Feeling overwhelmed or easily triggered
- Find it hard to switch off or truly rest
- Feel disconnected from your body
- Are moving through an intense life phase (such as pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenthood)
