The Calm Together Method™ is a four-week, guided journey for parents of babies and toddlers (0–3) who want to meet early parenthood with more calm, connection, and trust in themselves. Early parenthood is a time of profound transformation. It can feel intense, overwhelming, and at times disorienting — as your identity shifts and your nervous system is constantly activated.
This method offers both understanding and practical support. Through a combination of parental brain education, nervous system awareness, and simple, accessible breath practices, you will learn to recognize your stress responses, regulate in real time, and strengthen co-regulation with your child. The process unfolds slowly and relationally, honoring the vulnerability of this phase — so you can move from simply getting through the day to feeling more grounded, present, and connected.

How we work together
Before the live sessions, you’ll start with the Calm Together guide, designed to help you understand your nervous system, briefly explore the parental brain and gentle breath-led practices in your own time. This allows you to arrive in the sessions with more awareness and a sense of recognition.
The journey then unfolds over three live 90-minute sessions , each building on the previous one:
Week 1 – Awareness
We begin with understanding.
You’ll explore what is happening in your parental brain and nervous system, and learn to recognize moments of stress, overwhelm, and being constantly “on.”
This first step creates the foundation for everything that follows.
Week 2 – Regulation
From awareness, we move into practice.
You’ll be introduced to simple, breath-led tools to regulate your nervous system in real time — in the middle of everyday life.
This is where you begin to experience what calm in your body can actually feel like.
Week 3 — Co-regulation & Repair
In the final session, we bring this into relationship.
You’ll learn how to co-regulate with your child, navigate triggers with more awareness, and repair moments of disconnection without guilt or shame.
Alongside the group sessions, you’ll receive:
✓ 1 private 1:1 consult (60 minutes) for personal support and integration
✓ A small, intimate group setting
✓ Space for reflection, sharing, and gentle guidance throughout
